What people ask before connecting
Do I have to install anything on my Odoo?
No. The gateway talks to Odoo from the outside, using a connection that every Odoo version already has. No module, no add-on, no change to your database.
Can the AI change or delete my data?
Not unless you allow it. Every access key starts read-only. Writing has to be switched on by you, area by area — and even then the AI can only touch what that key allows.
Does it work with my version of Odoo?
Odoo 12 through 19, Community or Enterprise, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server. On Odoo Online, where custom modules aren't possible, this is the only way to connect AI at all.
How much of my data does the AI see?
Only what you release. You choose which areas of Odoo are open, and you block the sensitive fields — passwords, tax IDs, bank details. What's blocked never leaves your Odoo.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Not by us. Your data passes through only to be delivered, and we neither store it nor train on it. What happens inside ChatGPT or Claude is governed by their own policies, which you accept directly with them.
Can I see who asked what?
Yes. Every request is recorded — when it happened, which key made it, what was asked and what came back. You can review it any time from your dashboard.
